On May 18, 2017, Global Fine Foods and California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) organized a USA Cheese seminar for Hong Kong chefs. It was our great pleasure and honor to invite CMAB culinary consultant cheese expert – Mr. Mark Todd to introduce and explain the types and characteristics of California cheese and the applications for USA cheese throughout the tasting seminar.
More than 30 invited customers expressed that the chef seminar could enhance their understanding of the USA California cheese. After the meeting, Mr. Mark Todd shared the use of the dishes with each participant, and everyone was rewarded.
Successfully completed this chef seminar with the help of the CMAB, aim to promote and increase the knowledge of Hong Kong chefs on USA California cheese.
